Clock In, Cash Out WY was started by three friends with one goal — to help Wyoming youth get jobs and learn the basics of managing their money. We provide free resume building, interview prep, and financial education covering topics like reading your first paycheck, budgeting, saving, and understanding things like 401(k)s and compound interest.
We don't tell you what to do with your money — we just make sure you understand it. We worked throughout high school averaging 20–35 hours a week across multiple jobs while balancing school. Nobody taught us this stuff. We had to figure it out ourselves, and we want to make that easier for the next wave.

Content for ages 4–13 covers wants vs. needs, earning, and saving basics. Ages 14–17 get job-readiness skills and real financial literacy for the working world.
